Job Title: Quality Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Systems Specialist to join our team.

  • About the Role:
  1. Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with API Q1, 9th edition.
  2. Manage certification, customer, and internal audits of the Quality System and product/service processes.
  3. Develop and implement training programs for internal auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct internal and supplier audits, assign audit teams, and review reports.
  2. Maintain Quality Corrective Action Request (QCAR) system, ensure quality controls and assurance programs are up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Strong leadership skills, problem-solving skills using Six Sigma methodology.

Preferred Skills:

  • Auditing knowledge, including API Q1 and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  • Quality management systems, compliance, industrial engineering, and facilitation skills.
