Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Executive to join our Human Resources team at SECURITY & RISK SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. As a key member of our payroll function, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes and systems.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our organization. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Human Resource and will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll including attendance updates, payroll preparation, levy information extraction, and adherence to MOM and Tax legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Attendance Updates: Prepare accurate attendance records in our HR System to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  2. Payroll Preparation: Coordinate the preparation of weekly and monthly payroll for part-timers and event employees, ensuring timely submission to relevant authorities.
  3. Levy Information Extraction: Extract and process levy information for payment, adhering to statutory requirements and deadlines.
  4. Regulatory Compliance: Monitor attendance and payroll data to ensure adherence to MOM and Tax legislation, preventing any potential penalties or fines.

Requirements:
  1. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of related working experience in payroll administration, preferably in a similar industry.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and articulation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
  3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HR Systems, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Vlookup. Proficiency in pivot tables and manual reporting would be advantageous.
  4. Work Environment: Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and high volume data demands.
  5. Time Management: Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet weekly and monthly payroll deadlines.
  6. Team Collaboration: Comfortable working collaboratively with various teams within the organization, promoting a positive and supportive work culture.
  7. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve outstanding payroll issues, providing timely solutions to stakeholders.

Salary Range: The estimated salary for this role is between SGD $35,000 - SGD $50,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
