Inventory and Purchasing Auditor

We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee the inventory and purchasing process in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tactical sourcing for food and non-food categories related items
  • Ongoing assessment, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management
  • Purchasing needs management across departments with weekly procurement updates
  • Cost control strategy identification
  • Monthly purchasing reports creation
  • Conducting physical inventory counts at various locations
  • Analyzing inventory levels against company records
  • Detecting discrepancies and reporting to management
  • Addressing slow-moving or obsolete inventory
  • Collaborating with team members on inventory audit findings and proposed solutions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 'O' Level qualification with at least 2 years of experience in purchasing in the hospitality industry
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong research and time management abilities
  • Planning and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Prior experience with purchasing and inventory software
  • Email skills
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
