Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase studio bookings, and foster customer loyalty.

This role involves developing innovative content, managing social media platforms, and analyzing campaign performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of social media trends, basic graphic design skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our services and events.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets for cost-effective campaigns.
  • Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and monitor analytics.
  • Update our website with fresh content and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns and collaborate with influencers and partners.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts for events and build partnerships with local businesses and community organizations.
  • Oversee the design and distribution of marketing materials.
  • Analyze campaign performance and track KPIs such as bookings and website traffic.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a creative, retail, or lifestyle business.
  • Skill Requirements:
    • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
    • Basic graphic design skills and video editing software knowledge.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
