- Experience in a creative role such as Art Director, Copy Writer, or Digital Creative within a creative agency or in-house creative marketing team.
- Portfolio focused on creativity and advertising.
Preferred qualifications:
- Design Thinking experience.
- APAC market experience.
- Demonstrable experience in innovative technology and commercial orientation towards creativity.
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads and its suite of offerings.
- Ability to co-design brand platforms in partnership with advertising clients.
- Ability to inspire and create excitement around Google’s offerings.
**About the job**:
As a Creative Lead, you will be responsible for concepting, developing, and guiding execution of integrated cross platform advertising creative for key clients and agency partners to deliver impactful work that drives business and marketing results. In your role, you’ll be working at the intersection of creativity, technology, and advertising. You’ll be driving effective execution of creative strategies that bring together the best of Google’s advanced technology solutions with its advertising solutions to execute concepts that combine technology and advertising in new, inspiring, and impactful ways. You will work in collaboration with in-market Creative Works teams and Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams to create integrated campaigns and solutions which help elevate the creative on our platforms using advanced Google technologies, data, and existing and new Google ad formats. You’ll be working as part of the Creative Works team, a passionate group of creative specialists who partner with internal teams, Google’s clients, and external partners and collaborators to solve their business problems in new ways, working creatively with Google technology and ad formats.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead or co-lead with local market creative development leads integrated strategic planning with priority clients and partners. Develop full creative brief response / proposal development and amplify ideas on Google platforms, leveraging technology solutions combined with Google’s advertising offerings.
- Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion either through collaboration with a client, their agency, or production partners.
- Understand the creative potential of tech, with regards to Google ads platforms e.g. Director Mix feed integration, AR/VR, YouTube Live Streams, API integration.
- Provide ongoing creative and technical guidance to help customers and agencies unblock barriers to making a project happen and provide effective guidance.
- Advocate for creativity internally and contribute to driving industry thought leadership externally with our partners, trade bodies, and through marketing.
