As a specialist in industrial automation solutions, you will combine technical expertise with domain knowledge to deliver successful projects and drive business growth.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety and controllers, with the ability to interpret engineering diagrams, troubleshoot electrical issues, and communicate effectively with technical stakeholders. They will also have experience in system architecture, firmware, drivers, OS, and applications, as well as hands-on problem-solving skills.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing safety and PLC solutions across industrial applications, providing training and technical support to partners, customers, and internal teams. You will also lead implementation projects, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

In this role, you will develop system solutions, proposals, bid responses, and technical presentations. You will also support solution integration through site visits, requirement specifications, documentation, and testing plans. Additionally, you will drive innovation by developing proofs-of-concept/prototypes using Omron products.

Continuously acquiring knowledge in industrial automation is essential to enhance solutions and stay up-to-date with industry trends. You will provide technical expertise, presales consultation, and product/project presentations to support deal closures. Collaboration with sales teams is crucial to map customer requirements and deliver optimized solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in software, electronics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years' experience in industrial safety, controllers, or automation systems implementation
  • Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on HW/SW capability, including system architecture, firmware, drivers, OS, and applications
  • Ability to interpret engineering diagrams, troubleshoot electrical/production issues, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluency in English (written & verbal); willingness to travel 15–30%
