Industrial Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to assume the role of Industrial Automation Specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with our sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical advice on system architecture and configuration for industrial data solutions portfolio.
  • Offering technical assistance and guidance on usage for IDS products.
  • Conducting training sessions for distributors, partners, and end users on IDS products.
  • Gathering and relaying customer feedback to support continuous improvement and product roadmap.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify new opportunities and support market development activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering, electronics, or industrial automation, with at least 3 years of working experience in a technical sales and applications engineering role. Prior experience with control products in process industries is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a technical sales and applications engineering role.
  • Prior experience with control products in process industries such as O&G, Power, Renewable Energies, etc.
