Job Title: Industrial Automation Specialist About the Role:
The Industrial Automation Specialist plays a pivotal role in bridging technical expertise with domain knowledge to drive successful projects and deliver solutions. This position requires a unique blend of technical prowess, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
Design and implement safety and PLC solutions across industrial applications through meticulous planning, coordination, and execution.
Provide comprehensive training, technical support, and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues affecting partners, customers, and internal teams.
Lead implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution of issues by coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Develop system solutions, proposals, bid responses, and technical presentations that meet customer needs and showcase product capabilities.
Support solution integration through site visits, requirement specifications, documentation, and testing plans, driving innovation and improving overall efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as software, electronics, or engineering, or equivalent work experience.
0-2 years of experience in industrial safety, controllers, or automation systems implementation, with a strong foundation in problem-solving and hands-on technical skills.
Ability to interpret engineering diagrams, troubleshoot electrical/production issues, and effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Fluency in English (written and verbal), with willingness to travel 15-30% for project requirements.
Technical certifications or licenses preferred; knowledge of machine learning/AI is highly valued.
