Industrial Automation Specialist

The industrial automation specialist will be responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of industrial control systems. This position requires a strong background in electrical/electronic engineering with a focus on programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and deploy industrial control systems using PLCs and SCADA technology.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Interface with various software and hardware components to integrate system functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently or as part of a team.
- Coordinate testing and validation activities at both company premises and customer sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and expansions.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in PLC programming and automation.
- Familiarity with Siemens and Schneider PLCs.
- Able to interpret electrical schematics, plans, and drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
