Job Description:

APAC Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for managing sourcing for multiple complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels. Conducting screening calls for high-quality talent as a first stage of evaluation and assessment is also part of the job. Innovative sourcing strategies, new project initiation, and process optimization are owned and driven by this role to improve recruiting efficiency with TA partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate new projects and optimize current processes
  • Collaborate with TA partners to improve recruiting efficiency

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5 years of recruitment experience in a search firm, agency, or in-house
