Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Upscale Dining Experience

Join us as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale dining environment
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses to provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth table flow.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and revenue growth through targeted promotions and menu engineering.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and waste reduction initiatives to optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design and execute seasonal menus that showcase fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
  • Ensure that all restaurant policies and procedures are followed, and that employees are trained and equipped to provide exceptional service.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of management experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and promotion strategies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
