**Position Overview**:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the Front of House of Singapore's first Distillery - Tanglin Gin. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and operational efficiency. Your leadership, attention to detail, and passion for the brand and excellence will contribute to the continued success and reputation of our establishment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**: Provide effective leadership and guidance to the restaurant staff, fostering a positive and motivated team environment. Set an example of professionalism, excellence, and commitment to service standards.
- **Guest Experience**: Ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience for guests by overseeing service quality, ambiance, and overall satisfaction. Address guest feedback, resolve issues, and continuously elevate the guest experience.
- **Operations Management**: Manage daily restaurant operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and staff scheduling to optimize efficiency and minimize wait times. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- **Staff Development**: Recruit, train, and mentor staff members, including servers, hosts, and bartenders. Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and offer opportunities for professional growth.
- **Financial Performance**: Monitor and manage budgetary constraints, cost control measures, and revenue generation. Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial reports and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
- **Menu Execution**: Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure consistent menu execution, quality, and presentation. Contribute to menu development by providing insights into guest preferences and industry trends.
- **Health and Safety**: Uphold health and safety standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies. Train staff on proper food handling, sanitation procedures, and emergency protocols.
- **Marketing and Promotion**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, special events, and initiatives to attract new and repeat clientele.
- **Beverage Management**: Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the selection and rotation of cocktails & beverages, ensuring a diverse and well-curated offering that further anchors our brand pillars. Previous experience in the beverage industry is a huge plus.
- **Vendor Relations**: Establish and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to maximize value for the restaurant where required.
- **Events Management**:Have weekly event meetings with the events coordinator to ensure smooth transition and execution of events at the Tanglin Gin Jungle

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience of 2 years as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale dining establishment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail in surroundings.
- In-depth knowledge of dining service standards, Gin, and culinary techniques.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
- Understanding of financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
- Ability to remain composed and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Certification in food safety and sanitation (e.g., Food Hygiene, Health and Safety) is a plus.

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
