Responsible for the daily smooth performance of the restaurant

Plans and sets daily & monthly sales target

Organize marketing activities such as promotional events and other related schemes

Recruiting, training, & motivating staff

Maintain high standard of quality control, hygiene, health & safety

Monitor work and maintain an efficient relationship between floor/kitchen employees and director’s board

Plan and prepare staff duty roasters

Maintain stocks and ensure par level is met on daily operation

In-charge of training and imparting knowledge of wines and other beverages

Liaise with the head chef and senior management in setting up operational budgets

Oversees all work in shift and perform regular inspections in all areas

Help in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate

Managing staffing and record keeping and restaurant budgets

Ensure a proper image of the restaurant

Listens to and manages, follow up all customer complaints and concerns

Provide upscale guest service experience for our clients throughout the dining experience

Ensure special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children and VIP’s receive personalized services

Stablish friendly relationships with regular guests

able to design drink and food menus

Organization and management of groups and special events

Oversee deposits, customer payments and financial transactions

Build strong customer service programs

Training the staff in customer service and company guidelines

**Requirements**:
knowledge of spanish to ensure comunications with our main restaurant located in Barcelona

5 years as minimum experience as restaurant manager in a Spanish restaurant

knowledge of spanish wines (and international)

knowledge of bartending

living in Singapore
