Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Coordinator to join our team.
This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced professional located in Singapore.
- Manage the billing process and generate invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
1. Billing Process Management
Develop and implement effective billing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
2. Data Verification
Verify billing data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
3. Record Keeping
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of billing activities, including invoicing and payment tracking.
Requirements
Experience
A minimum of 1 year of experience in billing or a related field, preferably in a transportation industry setting.
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in using billing and accounting software, with knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
Education
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Language Skills
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
