Billing Coordinator
About the Position:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to generate and issue invoices, review billing data, and maintain account records.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue invoices to clients in accordance with contracts and billing cycles using our systems.
- Reviewing billing data for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date account records and ensure proper documentation.
- Respond to inquiries related to billing in a prompt and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy and efficiency.
- Process adjustments and credit notes as necessary.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to billing.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized billing files in our archiving systems.
- Timely intake and processing of vendor invoices into our systems.
Requirements:
- Secondary education or higher
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (billing/administrative support)
