We are seeking a skilled Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk and guest services.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of front office staff, ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service and meet the highest standards of quality.
- Develop and implement effective procedures for managing front office operations, including check-in and check-out processes, room assignments, and guest communications.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services, such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and events.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with 2 years of experience in a related field, or a 2-year degree from an accredited university in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
