
Procurement Support Specialist

Our team is looking for a Procurement Support Specialist to help us manage our procurement process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out procurement duties to ensure sufficient stock replenishment for our daily operations.
- Evaluate and select the most suitable suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best possible prices.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and suppliers in our database.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in procurement or purchasing is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and Navision.
