Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled procurement support specialist to provide shared service procurement support for various teams within our organization. The successful candidate will work closely with business functions such as Accounting, IT, Risk Management, Tax and others to support business operations.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Track, review and process purchase requisitions and invoices.
  • Collect and maintain data to provide weekly reports using data visualization tools.
  • Review purchase requisition information for consistency and compliance.
  • Analyze and reconcile mismatched invoice information.
  • Validate invoices against contract documents or purchase orders.
  • Respond to, manage and close out queries from stakeholders and suppliers.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Effective written and verbal communications skills, independent worker with the ability to engage with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, proficient in MS Office, data analytics using data visualization tools (Power BI Desktop), experience in SAP R3 MM Module and Agile methodologies.
