Job Title: Strategic Risk Leader

We are seeking an experienced strategic risk leader to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in risk management, with expertise in developing and implementing effective risk control frameworks. They will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the organization's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a robust risk control framework that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on risk management best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Design and deliver training programs on risk and compliance matters to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Monitor and report on key risk indicators, providing actionable insights to senior leaders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in a financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk control frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards applicable to the financial services industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
