Financial Health Evaluation SpecialistThe Role:

This position involves performing financial health evaluations, supervising daily AR operations including invoicing and collections, managing aged receivables reports, and preparing monthly AR reporting. The candidate will also handle customer enquiries and resolve billing and payment issues promptly.

The job entails assisting in the annual audit of customers' banker's guarantees, reviewing security deposits held in cash, and participating in ad-hoc projects to clean up inactive customers. Additionally, the role involves following up on unidentified transactions/receipts and recoverable balance sheet items, preparing journal entries for monthly closing, and assisting in the preparation of schedules for audit and tax reporting purposes.

The position requires close collaboration with other business units to resolve billing and collection issues, ensuring compliance with GST requirements, and supporting audit processes. Furthermore, the Financial Health Evaluation Specialist will assist in preparing quarterly government surveys and mentor junior staff members.

Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma holder with 4-6 years of relevant experience and some supervisory experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize work.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a team player.
  • Good knowledge of AR processes, accounting principles, and internal controls.
  • Good working knowledge with MS Excel, advanced Excel skills preferred.
