DESIGNATION : Accounts Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will support the finance team in handling day to day finance matters. Handle AR functions such as reconciliations, month end closing and reporting, audit schedules. Point of contact to the business.
- Ensure prompt issuance of client’s invoice
- Respond to customers and business units enquiries
- Resolve any billing discrepancies
- Review Customers’ Aging report and ensure that payment is receive on time
- Involve in month-end closing
- Involve in managing finance related configurations in the CRM system (e.g updating price table, product list)
- Handle interface file issues between billing and financial system
- Handle other ad-hoc duties and projects (e.g CRM enhancements projects, MOH and Statutory audits, cover-duty arrangement)

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting from local Polytechnic or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in maintaining partial/full sets of accounts
- MS Office proficiency is preferred
- Prior experience on SAP is an added advantage
- Meticulous with eyes for accuracy, committed, discreet and team player
- Able to meet tight deadlines and able to work with minimum supervision
