Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Financial Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts for our subsidiary in APAC, including AP, AR, GL, Journal, P&L, and Balance sheet.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly cash forecasts and perform monthly account reconciliations
  • Manage journal entries and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for optimization
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience in financial operations or accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other financial software
