A leading international bank with a strong presence in Asia is seeking experienced Financial Services Representatives to join their retail banking segment. The estimated salary for this role is SGD 40,000 - SGD 60,000 per annum.
Job Description
As a Financial Services Representative, you will play a key role in serving retail clients and providing expert advice on the wide range of banking products offered by the bank. Your primary focus will be on proactively engaging clients through various touchpoints such as branch banking, tele-appointments, and outreach programs. You will leverage your sound financial knowledge to offer holistic financial advice and identify suitable banking solutions that help clients achieve their financial goals.
You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored advice and solutions. You will also be responsible for demonstrating a good understanding of banking regulations, ensuring strict adherence to rules and guidelines while conducting business. In addition, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients while making a meaningful difference in their financial journey.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A minimum local diploma in any discipline is required. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. Key skills include sales, referrals, highly motivated self-starter, KPI scorecards, analytical thinking, pitching, know your client - KYC, loans, bancassurance, client-facing activities, retail banking, good communication skills, cross-selling, deposits, branch banking, and outreach activity. Account opening will also be part of your responsibilities.
