Private Capital Fund Administration Specialist

The role of a Private Capital Fund Admin is pivotal within our organization. To excel in this position, one must possess technical expertise in processing and reviewing functions related to PC administration services.


This position focuses on delivering daily activities for PC assets, supporting onboarding and transitions, as well as business change projects and improvements to ensure a consistent operating model.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Capital Call Processing: responsible for the efficient processing and control of capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers of shares/units/ownership interest.
  • Document Review: conducts thorough review and analysis of documents received related to direct or indirect investments before processing/payments.
  • Asset Reconciliation: ensures accurate reconciliation of assets and market valuations.
  • Platform Management: ensures all PC transactions are executed on dedicated platforms.
  • Fund Accounting: maintains fund accounting records and prepares client reports on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Onboarding Support: assists with onboarding new assets, including system setup, documentation review, and liaising with internal and external counterparties.
  • Project Support: supports project restructuring work.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background incorporating valuation, fund accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Experience in alternative investments within the industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work individually and within a small team environment.
