Private Capital Fund Administration Specialist

 

The Private Capital Fund Administration team is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to assist with the daily activities of private capital fund administration services delivered to clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in processing, record keeping, and control of capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers of shares/units/ownership interest.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing documents received in relation to direct or indirect investments before processing/instructing related payments, reconciling assets and market valuations, ensuring all PC transactions have been executed on dedicated platforms, processing and maintaining fund accounting records, and preparing client reporting on a monthly/quarterly basis.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background incorporating aspects of asset valuation, impacts on fund accounting, and financial reporting. Experience within the alternative investment industry is desirable. You should also be able to foster and maintain strong interpersonal relationships both internally and externally, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and work well individually and within a small team environment.

Requirements:

  • Alternative investment experience within the alternative investment industry is desirable.
