The Role

Join our core team in Singapore to lead the buildout and alignment of global HR systems.

This is not a role about maintaining the old—it's about shaping the new.

We are looking for someone with clarity, calm energy, and a strong sense of execution—someone who turns vision into structure and quietly drives progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and unify HR standards and practices across multiple locations
  • Implement and optimize HRIS/HCM systems
  • Partner with local teams on hiring, workforce planning, and org design
  • Articulate company values and embed culture into daily operations
  • Develop training, development, and performance management systems

Requirements

  • 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior regional or global role
  • Hands-on experience managing HR operations across multiple countries (especially in Asia)
  • Strong foundation across systems, recruitment, development, performance, and culture
  • Fluent in English; able to operate across diverse teams
  • Practical, calm, and impact-oriented—focused on outcomes, not optics
