  • Configuring and maintaining the rewards system for smooth operations.
  • Tracking program performance, preparing reports, and updating management on progress.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with vendors, overseeing the onboarding of new rewards and offerings.
  • Collaborating with marketing and internal teams to execute campaign-driven rewards initiatives.
  • Handling procurement and setup of merchandise, rewards, and supporting equipment such as vending machines.
  • Partnering with IT teams to support system integration, testing, and issue resolution.
  • Overseeing distribution processes, including inventory control and system maintenance.
  • Providing assistance with reward redemption and responding to patron queries.
  • Monitoring redemption patterns, gathering user feedback, and recommending enhancements to the program.
