Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Premier Service Manager to join our team. As a Premier Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing dedicated support to Relationship Managers, maintaining customer service excellence, and managing customer queries and issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers to ensure seamless customer service delivery, leveraging your knowledge of retail banking products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and HSBC's products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to the development of customer service strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree and experience in a retail banking environment.
  • Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services, with a focus on customer needs and preferences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
