Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to Relationship Managers, ensuring seamless customer servicing experiences
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer service, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Manage customer queries, issues, and feedback, providing expert advice and solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, recommending relevant retail banking products to enhance their financial well-being
  • Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer and Customer Due Diligence requirements, ensuring suitability for HSBC's products and services
  • Promote digital banking channels, educating customers on the benefits of self-service options
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry, operational transactions, and compliance with audit and statutory guidelines
  • Support the operational needs of the branch and business, as required by Line Managers or Branch Directors

Requirements

  • Degree holder with relevant experience in a retail banking environment
  • Strong banking and product knowledge, with a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
