Job Description:

We are seeking a Product Manager, Build Environment to lead the development and implementation of our product portfolio for the Built Environment sector. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs, and will be able to leverage this knowledge to drive business growth and success.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for assessing market intelligence and identifying new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and supply/demand trends. You will also lead product and service portfolio development, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, and drive financial performance across sectoral initiatives. Additionally, you will prepare and lead external funding proposals, manage key stakeholders and partner networks, and lead Lean and other strategic projects with internal and external partners.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams including Training Management, Learning Solutioning, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver impactful programs and projects. You will evaluate and manage vendor performance, ensure proper risk management and project documentation, and provide expertise on market research and competitive analysis capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Innovation & Management or related fields, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in the Built Environment sector (Facilities Management). They should also have at least 1 year of project management experience, preferably with public sector projects, and at least 1 year in Learning and Development (L&D). Knowledge of L&D consulting and TNA is a plus, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ACTA / ACLP / DACE / DDDLP certification (mandatory)
• Degree in Business Innovation & Management or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Built Environment sector (Facilities Management)
• At least 1 year of project management experience (preferably with public sector projects)
• At least 1 year in Learning and Development (L&D)
• Strong market research and competitive analysis capabilities
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint)
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently under pressure
