Public Sector Strategist

We are seeking a strategic leader to join our team. As a Director, you will play a key role in shaping the future of public services and driving impactful solutions for clients.
In this role, you will lead strategy and insights projects by analyzing public sector trends, client challenges, and citizen needs. You will leverage data to provide actionable recommendations and communicate them effectively through compelling visuals and narratives.
You will also build strong relationships with public sector leaders, providing strategic advice on organizational futures. This includes conducting qualitative, quantitative, and secondary research to inform strategy and design efforts.
Additionally, you will develop and implement segment strategies and programs tailored to the needs of public sector organizations. You will align organizational plans with societal priorities and goals to enhance the delivery of impactful solutions.
As a leader, you will understand and identify opportunities to improve public service delivery. You will develop innovative strategies to address complex challenges and help clients define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and enhance the impact of their initiatives.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
* Significant experience years) in consulting within the public sector, working with senior-level government officials and stakeholders
* A deep understanding of public sector challenges and trends across areas such as citizen engagement, service delivery, innovation in government, and policy implementation
* Experience designing and implementing impactful strategies and solutions in client-facing and leadership roles
* Proven ability to analyze complex issues, develop actionable insights, and communicate recommendations effectively
* Demonstrated success in building and maintaining collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders
* A commitment to societal impact, public service, and improving organizational outcomes
