Product Manager, Build Environment (Facilities)

Responsibilities
  • Assess trends, market intelligence, and issues within the Built Environment (Facilities Management) sector
  • Build and strengthen relationships across clients, vendors, and industry partners
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and supply/demand trends
  • Lead product and service portfolio development for the Built Environment sector
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Drive financial performance across sectoral initiatives
  • Prepare and lead external funding proposals
  • Manage key stakeholders and partner networks to deliver impactful programs and projects
  • Lead Lean and other strategic projects with internal and external partners
  • Evaluate and manage vendor performance
  • Ensure proper risk management and project documentation
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Training Management, Learning Solutioning, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
What We're Looking For
  • ACTA / ACLP / DACE / DDDLP certification (mandatory)
  • Degree in Business Innovation & Management or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Built Environment sector (Facilities Management)
  • At least 1 year of project management experience (preferably with public sector projects)
  • At least 1 year in Learning and Development (L&D)
  • Knowledge of L&D consulting and TNA is a plus
  • Strong market research and competitive analysis capabilities
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint)
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently under pressure
