
Business Process Improvement Specialist

The Business Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our offline channels and managing partner relationships. Key responsibilities include handling negotiations of operations expenses with external vendors, conducting data analysis, optimizing processes, and supporting senior management with business overviews or business development/investment from an Operations perspective.
This position focuses on managing technical operations, facilitating effective communication with stakeholders, and enhancing business processes. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with both internal and external partners, provide valuable insights for business improvement, and support key business initiatives.
Specific tasks include contributing to projects focusing on improving processes, governance structures, and performance management systems; analyzing data to support decision-making, identifying trends, and providing solutions to issues faced within projects; executing on project components related to operations strategy development; and providing data analysis sales reports to the Operations Excellence Team to assist in sales strategies.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to support decision-making, identify trends, and provide solutions to issues faced within projects.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to projects focusing on improving processes, governance structures, and performance management systems.
- Project Execution: Execute on project components related to operations strategy development.
- Sales Reporting: Provide data analysis sales reports to the Operations Excellence Team to assist in sales strategies.
The Business Operations Analyst must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
This role requires a high level of adaptability, with the ability to navigate and take on new situations and challenges with agility and accuracy.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in a relevant discipline, such as business administration or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of related business analyst experience is required, preferably in the FMCG Retail or Travel Retail industry.
The successful candidate will also possess strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, with proficiency in Excel, including formula, pivot table, power pivot, data management, and presentation skills. Additionally, Power BI skills are a bonus.
A keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to create reporting templates from scratch with formulas are essential requirements for this role.
