  • As a professional baker, you will be responsible for training junior staff in the preparation and baking of European breads.
  • Mixing and preparing dough is an essential part of this role as well as ensuring all baked goods are completed on time for opening.
  • You will also be required to open the bakery every morning and close it at evening, arranging the display case in an appealing manner.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering supplies and maintaining cleanliness at your working place.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum 5 years experience in baking is necessary for this position.
  • Knowledge of Balkan Bread and Pastry is also a must.
