Job Title: Influencer Marketing Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Influencer Marketing Professional to join our team. As an Influencer Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for developing and managing regional influencer campaigns, including campaign strategy, sourcing influencers, negotiating rates, managing contracts, reporting, and forecasting.

This role requires a social media expert who thrives on challenges and can own the full strategy and execution for exciting growth verticals. Your mission will be to identify, test, and scale influencer partnerships across a vast and diverse region, driving tangible results by connecting with new audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influencer Management & New Deals:
    • Develop and manage regional influencer campaigns, including campaign strategy, sourcing influencers, negotiating rates, managing contracts, reporting, and forecasting.
    • Work with regional leads to explore and justify other influencer channels for growth.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns that align with our growth objectives and target audience.
  • Strategy & Execution:
    • Design and implement influencer marketing strategies to double down on growth and drive new customers.
    • Collaborate with other teams in marketing to create compelling content with a wider use case.
    • Create new and improved investment frameworks for the region.
    • Become a regional product specialist within the team.
    • Create new strategic growth opportunities for the region via influencers and advocacy.
  • Regional Management:
    • Oversee regional influencer marketing activities to ensure alignment with our global strategy.
    • Manage regional influencer roles and coordinate efforts to maximise local impact.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    • Provide regular reporting and analysis at a regional level on campaign outcomes and KPIs.
    • Use this data to inform future strategy.
  • Program Operations:
    • Understand and implement the operational side of influencer deals, including payments, compliance, tool management, and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • You're located and legally authorized to work in Singapore and do not require visa sponsorship.
  • Extensive experience in influencer marketing with a proven track record building and scaling influencer programs to drive customer growth.
  • Experience working with or within influencer management agencies.
  • Experience in setting up many different types and sizes of commercial deals.
  • Regional expertise and demonstrable knowledge of the social media landscape, key channels, and influencer communities within Asia.
  • Experience monetising social media followers.
  • Enthusiastic, creative team player with a genuine love for all things content related.
  • A self-starter who can work autonomously, managing projects end-to-end, including budget, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify performance trends and opportunities with examples of measurement across influencer campaigns.
  • Experience working with junior team members to mentor and scale projects.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally is key.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience managing influencers/talent/ambassadors in the financial technology industry.
  • Understanding of affiliate programs.
  • Additional Language proficiencies - Chinese & English (fluent). Japanese (good to have).
  • Experience working on diverse content types, beyond just sponsored posts.
