About the Position

This dynamic role is focused on driving business growth through relationship-building and client engagement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing a portfolio of high-value clients to achieve sales targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional client service, identify opportunities for wealth management, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement tailored solutions for clients, ensuring timely market updates and investment insights are provided.
  • Foster long-term relationships by offering proactive support and guidance to clients.
  • Manage monthly business plans in consultation with senior team members to achieve new business goals.
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns and networking events to expand client acquisition channels.
Requirements
  • Tertiary education with relevant certifications, preferably in finance or banking.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in banking, wealth management, or client acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, investment solutions, and risk management practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
