About the Role:

We are looking for a Client Acquisition Manager to expand the bank's High-networth client base, with a strategic focus on the ROW market, particularly affluent and emerging affluent individuals.

You will play a key role in sourcing and onboarding new-to-bank clients, promoting a full suite of priority banking products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new-to-bank clients with Priority Banking potential, especially from the ROW market.
  • Promote and cross-sell a wide range of retail and priority banking products, including unsecured lending and insurance solutions.
  • Build strategic relationships with internal teams and external partners to generate qualified leads.
  • Stay up to date with banking trends and competitor insights within the banking landscape.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales/acquisition experience in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Exposure to the B2C sales models will be a strong advantage.
  • Ability to deliver professional presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
