Project Coordination Specialist

This is a high-profile role for someone who excels in planning, coordination and execution. As a Digital Infrastructure Project Coordinator, you will play a key part in the delivery of new data center projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You should be comfortable with working on-site at our facilities as well as collaborating remotely with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations and Commercial Management to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules ensuring timely completion.
  • Monitor and control project budget and costs.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with Equinix standards.
  • Liaise with clients to gather project requirements and manage expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.


Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, engineering or construction management.
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role, preferably in the data center industry.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Prior experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).
  • Familiarity with financial management principles and procedures.
  • A high level of integrity and discretion.
