**Project Manager (Data Center and Infrastructure)**

**Role Overview**:
As a Data Center and Infrastructure Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects related to data center fit out, infrastructure upgrades, and technology deployments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes, meeting client requirements and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle for data center fit out and infrastructure projects, from initiation to closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including data center layout design, equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, operations, and finance teams, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including data security, environmental, and safety regulations, throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project status to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project risks and issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline project management processes and enhance project delivery efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
- Experience in project management, with knowledge on data center fit out and infrastructure projects.
- Experience successfully managing large-scale data center fit out projects, including layout design, equipment procurement, and installation.
- Understanding of data center technologies, including server virtualization, storage solutions, networking, and cloud computing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Ability to identify and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner, while maintaining a positive team dynamic.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
