Singapore ANTAES ASIA PTE. LTD. Full time

Contribute to IT projects for Antaes clients
- Provide regional support for the Data Center Operations in Singapore, Japan and Australia as part of the PMO team
- Manage team of Resident Breakfix Engineers
- Review and administer the Project Change Control Procedure with Customer Point of Contact.
- Coordination of business-as-usual activities with the Vendors’ country Account Services Coordinators and/or Service Delivery Managers
- Develop a program management plan;
- Work with Customer Point of Contact to resolve deviations from the program management plan and agreed ongoing deliverables
- Coordinate and manage the technical activities of VENDOR’s assigned personnel;
- Assessing, coordinating and managing resources to implement the projects;
- Provide central governance in Data Center Operations as an escalation and contact point
- Ensuring Service Levels are met and action plans for any improvements
- Weekly / monthly reporting, reviews and meetings
- Vendors management
- Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to client.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least Diploma in a technical discipline
- Strong Data Center operations experience is essential
- Regional support experience is essential
- Knowledge on Data Center breakfix
- Strong organisational skills, coordination skills, project planning and execution skills
