Regional Service Excellence Lead

Oversee daily sales operations, streamline workflows, and support forecasting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead service delivery teams across APAC, ensuring high-quality installation, commissioning, and maintenance of data center infrastructure & systems while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Direct regional projects, optimize resources, and ensure profitability.
  • Act as a key liaison across departments, drive resource planning, cross-functional alignment, lead participation in regional events, and implement process improvements.
  • Mentor teams, foster a culture of accountability and innovation, and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in operations, service delivery, or project management with experience working on mission-critical projects or data center / telecommunications projects.
  • Engineering background highly preferred with adaptability to work in a start-up, lean & agile environment.
