Job Title: Construction Site Health and Safety Expert
This role is responsible for implementing and monitoring comprehensive Work Safety and Health Management Systems (WSHMS) across multiple construction sites.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in WSQ Specialist Diploma in WSH or equivalent Bachelor's Degree, be MOM-registered as a WSH Officer (Appointed Person), and have at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Develop and monitor WSHMS and Risk Management protocols on site
- Conduct thorough safety inspections, audits, and weekly safety walks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Lead incident investigations and ensure timely closure of corrective actions to minimize operational disruptions
The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive safety culture, organizing toolbox talks, HSE campaigns, and driving global/local safety initiatives to improve overall performance. They will also monitor HSE performance, enforce Corrective Action Plans (CAPA), and support achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Working Details
This role offers a supportive team environment with opportunities for training and development. The working schedule is 5.5 days per week, Monday to Saturday, alternate Saturdays. Working hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, and 8:30am - 12:30pm on Saturdays.
