We are seeking an experienced Frontline Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our stakeholders. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves assisting in handling calls and walk-in queries, performing data entry, and collating surveys administered by the school. The candidate will also be required to attend to pupils reporting to the sick bay and carry out basic first aid when necessary.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent qualification
  • Possess some experience in general administration and frontline services
  • Prior experience in a school environment preferred
  • First Aid Certification is advantageous
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
