Logistics Coordinator Role

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and coordination skills, with prior experience in logistics or admin roles an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prepare documents such as invoices, delivery orders, and packing lists.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams on delivery schedules.
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock and inventory movements.
  • Handle data entry and update logistics systems or spreadsheets.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and other administrative duties as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in logistics or admin roles is an advantage (not mandatory).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
