Event Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Manager to join our Global Events team. This role will be instrumental in planning and executing events across various regions.

The ideal candidate is an experienced events professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and can manage complex logistics. This role will partner closely with local teams to ensure regional relevance and impact.

  • Lead the execution of events across various regions, including venue sourcing, budget management, and vendor coordination.
  • Serve as the liaison between global programs and regional events, ensuring timely communication and alignment of messaging, content, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with regional teams to tailor experiences for local audiences while maintaining global consistency.
  • Manage event timelines and project plans, track milestones, and coordinate inputs from stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed run of shows, staffing plans, and logistics documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for event-related matters.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in event management, preferably in a global organization.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage complex logistics and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
