Job Summary

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our international co-production efforts.

 

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the production workflow from concept to post-production, as well as strong commercial awareness and business development capabilities.

 

This role requires excellent project management, multitasking, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic co-production opportunities that support our content and audience goals.
  • Cultivate, expand, and manage relationships with international and regional broadcasters, production studios, streaming platforms, and content creators.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

 

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Media Studies, Film & Television Production, Business Administration or related fields.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in television/film production, co-production, business affairs, content partnerships, or related roles.
  • Deep understanding of the production workflow from concept to post-production.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business development capabilities.
  • Excellent project management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
