International Co-Production Specialist

Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in spearheading international co-production initiatives that drive business growth and elevate Mediacorp's content offerings.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Identifying, evaluating, and pursuing strategic co-production opportunities that align with Mediacorp's content and audience goals.
  • Cultivating, expanding, and managing relationships with international and regional broadcasters, production studios, streaming platforms, and content creators.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to support deal development, execution, and delivery.


Qualifications & Skills:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:


  • A degree in Media Studies, Film & Television Production, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5-7 years of experience in television/film production, co-production, business affairs, content partnerships, or related roles.
  • Deep understanding of the production workflow from concept to post-production.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business development capabilities.
  • Excellent project management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Additional assets include familiarity with international content markets, funding models, and regulatory frameworks, as well as proficiency in a second language relevant to key markets.
