Job Opportunity

We are seeking a diligent Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and quality of our suites.

This role is responsible for supervising room attendants, ensuring immaculate upkeep of suites, prioritizing VIP accommodations.

Maintaining Excellence
  • Supervise room attendants to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Ensure smooth Housekeeping operations by adhering to hotel standards and codes of ethics.
  • Uphold flawless impressions of hotel products, services, and colleagues.
Providing Exceptional Guest Experiences
  • Deliver guest experiences as outlined in SOPs, FORBES standards, and LQA targets.
  • Analyze and respond to guest feedback to enhance satisfaction and improve team performance.
  • Pursue personalized resident stays whenever possible.
Leading the Housekeeping Team
  • Lead the Housekeeping - Rooms Team with a collaborative approach, fostering an inclusive work environment for diverse colleagues.
  • Plan adequate shift coverage and be prepared to cover roles or duties in absence.
  • Oversee provision of room supplies, cleaning equipment, linen, and chemicals.
Candidate Profile

Qualified candidates will hold a certificate or diploma in hospitality or a related field, possess at least 2 years of housekeeping experience, including 1 year as a supervisor. Luxury hotel/resort experience is preferred.

  • Technical skills for Housekeeping/Laundry.
  • Supervisory and leadership skills – collaborative, enabling, and entrepreneurial.
  • Confident interpersonal skills to handle all levels of communication with colleagues and guests.
  • Proficiency in OPERA and KNOWCROSS.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions within scope.
  • Attention to detail, especially on cleanliness and room presentation.
  • Able to work independently, reliably, and self-directed.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
