Job Title: Experienced Culinary Professional

We are seeking an experienced culinary professional to join our team as a Demi Chef. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality cuisine and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare, cook and serve a variety of Western dishes according to recipes and company standards.
  • Daily Operations: Assist in daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating and portion control.
  • Maintenance: Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards in line with NEA requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in stock ordering, receiving and storing supplies.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company SOPs and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in cooking Western cuisine (stalls, cafés or restaurants).
  • Certification: Must possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Languages: Ability to read and write simple English is required for stock ordering and safety documentation. Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Availability: Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends, public holidays, and long hours as required by operations.
  • Personality: Positive attitude, team player and willingness to learn.
