- Ensure timely updates of company claims and payroll information

- Assist in end-of-month and year-end procedures

- GCE O level or higher, preferably with bookkeeping certification
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administration and/or accounting roles
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills

- Priority given to candidates fluent in Chinese
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
